Thanks for visiting Geaux Massage LLC! We are happy to announce our new location in Pierre Part, Louisiana inside of Elite Hair and Tanning Salon. We are bringing holistic healthcare to your city and will be offering customized massage therapy sessions to meet your needs and provide you with an escape from the stress of everyday life. Massage therapy is a quick growing part of health care and more and more research is supporting the benefits massage therapy has on body and mind. Massage therapy helps to relieve stress and elevate mood; it releases endorphins in the brain to combat depression and anxiety and can be a key factor in relieving muscular pain. Swedish/ Deep Tissue Customized
A customized massage experience, your choice of massage style based on your needs. Ranging from light to deep pressure. You and your therapist will consult and come up with a treatment plan based on your preference of massage.
Sports Massage/ Stretch
Fully clothed session where therapist will test range of motion and use energetic massage techniques to relieve tension and increase muscle function. Stretching will be used to increase flexibility and relieve pain.
Neuromuscular Therapy
Reflexology
Neuromuscular therapy is a specialized form of deep tissue massage in which digital pressure and friction are used to release areas of strain in the muscle. These areas of strain are called tender or trigger points and are the cause of muscular pain symptoms.
Reflexology is the application of pressure
to areas on the feet (or the hands). Reflexology is generally relaxing and may help alleviate stress. The theory behind reflexology is that areas of the foot correspond to organs and systems of the body.
